Fluency in Spanish and English, both oral and written. Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not essential. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experience. Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using customer support systems and standard office software. Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
