We offer flexible working arrangements, including a flextime system and remote work options (with a requirement to work from the office at least two days per week). 職務内容 シニアスタッフ、マネージャーの監督のもと、複数クライアントを担当いただきます。 SPC（特別目的会社）に関する会計・事務サポート業務 会計データの入力・管理 月次レポート、財務資料作成のサポート 決算・税務申告に向けた補助業務 クライアント（主に外資系）との英文メールでのコミュニケーション 社内外関係者との調整業務 新規クライアントのオンボーディングサポート 業務プロセス改善・チーム立ち上げへの関与 クライアントは99%日本にある外資系企業となり、取り扱う内容はインターナショナルな案件となります。 Job Description Under the supervision of senior staff and managers, you will be responsible for multiple clients. Provide accounting and administrative support for Special Purpose Companies (SPCs) Input, maintain, and manage accounting data accurately and in a timely manner Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and financial documents Support year-end closing processes and preparation for tax filings Communicate with clients (primarily multinational/foreign companies) via email in English Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Support the onboarding process for new clients Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the establishment of new teams or operational frameworks The clients are 99% foreign companies located in Japan, and the work handled is international in nature. 必須条件 事務・バックオフィス業務の実務経験 （複数業務・プロジェクトを並行して管理した経験） 基本的なPCスキル（Excel：SUM / IF関数レベル） 英語力（読み書きレベル以上） 会計・ファイナンス分野への興味、学習意欲 尚可条件 経理・会計業務の経験 会計事務所・税理士法人での勤務経験 外国籍メンバーと協働した経験 日本商業簿記2級 MUST Practical experience in administrative and/or back-office operations (including experience managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously) English (reading and writing level or above) Experience of using Microsoft Office (SUM and IF functions in Excel) Strong interest in accounting and finance, with a willingness to learn and develop in these areas NICE TO HAVE Working experiences in an accounting firm/tax accountant's office.
