What You’ll Be Doing

As a Specialist - Contract Management, you will support the Sourcing team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supplier contracts in close collaboration with the Legal team and cross-functional stakeholders. You will bring 5+ years of dedicated contract management or legal domain experience to own critical transactions and optimize end-to-end contracting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Execution: Draft, review, redline, and negotiate global and regional supplier contracts within stipulated SLAs.

• End-to-End Transaction Ownership: Manage highly critical transactions, including Master Agreements, Amendments, Termination Notices, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Change Requests.

• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, codes of conduct, sourcing/contracting guidelines, and statutory or regulatory requirements. Develop detailed risk mitigation analysis reports as needed.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sourcing, Legal, Supplier, Business, and Cross-Functional teams to understand project scopes and deliver optimal contracting solutions with a customer-centric approach.

• AI & Operational Efficiency: Leverage AI technologies, utilize AI tools into daily workflows to enhance contract drafting precision, streamline redlining, extract key insights, and optimize the overall contracting lifecycle.

• Database & Governance Maintenance: Maintain contract databases, update trackers, accurately report Work-In-Progress (WIP) metrics, and assist in developing contract templates, fallback playbooks, QRGs.

• Operational Flexibility: Support multiple regions, categories, and time zones as required by business needs.

• Team & Knowledge Engagement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and employee engagement activities.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking strategic thinkers who pay meticulous attention to detail, act as change agents, and possess exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.

You’ll Need to Have:

• Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized university.

• Experience: 5+ years of Legal or Contract Management experience covering the end-to-end contract lifecycle.

• Legal Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of legal terminology, contract research, and advisory support.

• AI Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI tools including Harvey, NotebookLM, Gemini, or enterprise legal tech AI platforms.

• Technical & Process Skills: Proficiency in contract management tools, fallback playbooks/checklists, contract analysis reporting.

• Adaptability: Flexibility to work across different shifts and product categories based on project and business requirements. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Growth Mindset: Strong willingness to learn new tools, business solutions, and emerging technologies.

Even Better If You Have:

• Advanced Degree/Certifications: Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree; professional certifications such as CPCM, CCCM, or equivalent.

• Enterprise Software Experience: Familiarity with SAP (Ariba), Google Workspace, and ServiceNow applications.

• Leadership & Strategy: Proven ability to define and drive process improvements, lead stakeholder meetings/conference calls, and deliver presentations.
