TOSCA Automation Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a Tosca Automation Specialist who can blend technical skills with process insight to automate SAP systems efficiently and deliver business impact.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using Tricentis Tosca for SAP ECC / S4HANA / Fiori / SAP GUI environments.
  
• Identify automation opportunities within SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and collaborate with functional & technical teams to define test coverage.
  
• Develop model-based test automation in Tosca for UI, API, and data layer testing.
  
• Execute and monitor automation runs; troubleshoot, analyze defects, and ensure regression stability.
  
• Integrate Tosca automation with CI/CD pipelines and manage execution through tools like qTest or JIRA.
  
• Perform root-cause analysis of automation failures, propose optimizations, and enhance maintainability.
  
• Prepare and maintain documentation — test data, scripts, reports, and handover guides.
  
• Partner closely with SAP project teams to ensure automation aligns with business goals and release timelines.
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for candidates with a combination of the following:

1. 3–6 years (mid-level) experience in SAP automation using Tosca.
   
2. Hands-on expertise in Tosca model-based automation — test case design, execution, and reporting.
   
3. Strong knowledge of SAP business processes across one or more modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.).
   
4. Experience in automation integration with CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar frameworks.
   
5. Good understanding of test management tools (qTest, ALM, or JIRA).
   
6. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
   
7. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline.
   
8. Should be flexible to work and collaborate across India and Australia time zones, supporting project needs and stakeholders in both regions.
