  • Develop and maintain systems and processes to monitor compliance against contractual commitments, key performance indicators, reporting obligations, and service standards.
  • Coordinate and support the preparation, review, and submission of contractual reporting requirements.
  • Identify emerging compliance risks and work collaboratively with program teams to implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and support reviews of policies, procedures, templates, and operational practices to ensure alignment with contractual and accreditation requirements.

  • Ability to identify, analyse and implement opportunities to strengthen compliance, quality, and governance practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and proactively use data, knowledge and experience to identify problems potentially impacting teams or programs and develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated capability to use data, audit findings, and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Sound discipline knowledge gained through experience supporting the development of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and data collection tools across a range of community-based programs
  • Previous experience working with a humanitarian organisation or migrant support team is desirable
