Role Summary This position is responsible for the successful execution of the Export Notification process. Required to follow policies and procedures to provide an optimal level of customer service. Responsible for broken route updates, booking adjustments as per Space/Marketing direction, change of destination requests and problem resolution. Incumbent will report directly to the Supervisor; Service Operations, Cargo Management. Additional Responsibilities Logistics Specialist Task Fulfillment Troubleshoot and resolve complex challenges involving cargo movement including but not limited to: schedule deviations, route changes, space challenges and broken routes. Handles situations that may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to situational needs. Requires advanced problem solving Assess customer needs and suggest/promote alternative options Research and respond to routine/non-routine customer issues/problems and make recommendations for solutions to nonstandard issues. Proactively pursues continuous improvement Apply knowledge, procedures, and good judgment in daily decision-making Ability to remain calm and make clear reasoned decisions under pressure and able to adapt to fast-changing situations.
