This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA

This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Specialist, HR Consulting, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the HR Consulting team reporting to the Director, HR Consulting, you will support projects including Performance and Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation, and other critical HR tasks and processes.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Create presentations, reports, and communications to support Talent Reviews, Performance Calibrations, and Organizational Health discussions.
  • Manage and maintain people and organizational data to support talent, recruiting, workforce planning, and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate records, documentation, and reporting to support HR processes and data-driven decision-making.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Partner with HR Consulting and cross-functional HR teams to deliver consistent support, communications, and processes for client groups.
  • Support HR Consulting leaders by providing workforce insights, developing presentations, and fulfilling reporting needs that support talent and organizational priorities.

Projects you'll take ownership of:

  • People and organizational data management.
  • Talent Review, Performance Calibration, and Organizational Health materials.
  • HR reporting, presentations, and records management.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • One (1) year of related work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience preparing reports, analyzing data, and presenting insights to support business decisions

It would be useful if you have:

  • Prior experience in Human Resources
  • Familiar with HRIS reporting tools

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $57,500 – $80,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
