The BI Lead will be reporting to the Senior Manager of BI and you will develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work with client specific internal business partners and external clients to gather requirements and provide BI solutions. Assist with technical estimates internally for solutions development and support. Responsible for the delivery of customized ETLs, reports and dashboards. Responsible for creating the data models, automating the manual data imports, reports and dashboards. Coordinate with the developers to ensure the project is planned, executed and delivered according to project timelines. Perform database administration in terms of modifications to the structure, ensuring encryption of sensitive data, manipulating and cleansing data as appropriate. Review and analyze application effectiveness and efficiency, identify and manage potential change and guide and coach the development team to improve the process, resolve system issues and minimize risk. Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). 5+ years experience architecting BI solutions. Microsoft SQL Server 2008 to present version. Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (MSSQLRS). Tableau T-SQL, ETL AWS Glue, AWS Airflow, AWS RDS. Professional certifications are required. Additional knowledge and experience preferred: Five9 Call Center & CSO operational experience SQL Administration Azure DevOps A practical understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Understanding of current industry climates including sales, potential opportunities, managed care environments, and competition Experience in C#, ASP.NET, NET Framework 2.0 – 4.5, Visual Studio Salesforce experience with both Service Cloud and Health Cloud All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
