Position as a Client Advisor, leveraging automotive data to provide actionable insights and drive client success (not a sales role). The Team The Client Advisor team at Mobility Global is the main point of contact for our OEM partners in need of data to support their strategic business goals and initiatives, helping them make informed, data-driven decisions. We provide differentiated value and strategic insights to clients . Vehicle registration, sales, vehicles in operation (VIO), loyalty, and other data assets are leveraged to identify meaningful market trends and answer business critical questions. The Role The Client Advisor organizes and analyzes data to provide value and insights to automotive clients. The Advisor is responsible for being a strategic liaison between client and Company; interfacing directly with client teams stemming from special projects, ad hoc requests or proactive analysis derived from a wide variety of Mobility Global solutions. Responsibilities and Impact Serve as primary client point-person to promote and support Mobility Global data solutions; Catalyst for Insight (new and used vehicle registration, sales, and vehicles in operation data) and the Loyalty Analytics Tool (household purchasing behavior data). This will be done through automotive analysis, reporting and ad-hoc investigations for specific client objectives as well as proactive analysis and insights. Understand customer questions and needs to offer data driven solutions and insights using Mobility Global data solutions. Develop meaningful summaries and business implications to various customer teams based on Mobility Global and client information. Assist in developing reports by collaborating with other Mobility Global members, including account teams, production and product development. Communicates customer needs/specifications, output and timing to project teams and other internal resources to ensure new development projects meet client needs. Train clients to use Mobility Global data solutions and work to increase client usage by demonstrating the value of our data and tools. Conveys Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to Mobility Global account team(s) and Product Management to ensure retention, growth, and new product enhancements and introductions. Possesses thorough knowledge of company’s products and applications - both licensed and non-licensed by the assigned client(s). Compensation/Benefits Information: Mobility Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$105,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional Mobility Global benefits. What we're looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Math, Economics, or Marketing. Five to ten years automotive industry analysis experience in a marketing, sales, analytics or consulting. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including ability to adapt to different audiences. Customer Service mindset – seeking to exceed customer expectations at every interaction. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights and tell stories with data. Ability to employ creative skills to design and develop visually impactful and informative data stories.
