Specialist – Order Management (12-Month Contract | Remote - Pakistan)
We are hiring on behalf of our client for an exciting
Specialist – Order Management
role. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage orders efficiently, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate customer contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Process new sales, renewals, and amendments, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
Make necessary adjustments to client accounts and provide clear explanations to clients, sales teams, and customer service representatives.
Manage email communications efficiently, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Escalate key issues to senior management when needed and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Generate basic ad hoc reports to support business operations.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to work rotational shifts as per business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Experience using Salesforce or Oracle.
