The Impact You'll Make

Are you ready to take ownership of the strategy and future of Danfoss’ global datacenter services.? You will shape secure, resilient and cost-effective infrastructure that supports critical business applications and operations worldwide.

You will guide the full service lifecycle across compute, storage, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery. Your decisions will drive modernization, strengthen service reliability and ensure our datacenter environment is ready for changing business needs.

Working within IT Infrastructure Service Design, you will collaborate with Architecture, Operations, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Procurement and Finance teams. You will have the autonomy to set priorities, influence investments and work with strategic technology partners in a global environment.

The job shall be hybrid in one of Danfoss offices: Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Sofia, Považská Bystrica or Bucharest.
Estimated travel: Approximately 10–20 days per year (within EMEA and globally).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the global datacenter service strategy, roadmap and lifecycle, setting clear priorities for modernization, standardization and continuous improvement.
• Translate business, application and site needs into scalable, secure and resilient datacenter services, standards and capacity plans.
• Define and monitor service levels, availability targets, KPIs, risks and supplier performance, turning insights into clear improvement actions.
• Manage strategic technology partnerships and contribute to contracts, renewals, commercial negotiations, budgets, forecasts and business cases in collaboration with Procurement and Finance.
• Guide new and updated services from design through operational readiness, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and a smooth handover to Operations.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in IT infrastructure, datacenter technologies or IT service management.
• Proven experience managing enterprise datacenter services, suppliers and infrastructure across multiple locations or regions.
• Strong technical understanding of compute, storage, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery and infrastructure resilience.
• Experience developing service roadmaps, lifecycle plans, budgets, business cases, contracts, SLAs and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, professional English language and the ability to align stakeholders and influence decisions across global teams.
