Job Summary The Specialist, Talent Management reports to the Sr. Director, Talent Management & Development and supports the design, development, delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of learning experiences for employees, travel advisors, Tour Managers, Client Care teams, and other priority audiences. This role combines hands-on content development and facilitation with learning management system administration, learner support, reporting, and project coordination, with the opportunity to grow and expand skills across learning design, technology, reporting, and cross-functional project support. The Specialist partners with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to translate content into practical, accessible learning experiences. The role also supports Collette University and ASCEND administration, including course setup, learner access, assignments, content updates, completion tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, service-focused, and comfortable moving between content creation, facilitation, LMS administration, reporting, and day-to-day learner support while managing multiple priorities and responding to evolving business needs. Primary Functions: Learning Design, Content Development & Delivery: Design, build, revise, publish, and maintain digital modules, presentations, facilitator materials, transcripts, videos, activities, job aids, and supporting resources for advisor, employee, compliance, Client Care, Tour Manager, and technology-learning audiences. Translate subject matter expert content into clear learning objectives, practical module structures, and easy-to-navigate learning experiences that support a range of learner needs and levels of technical comfort. Facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions as assigned and review learning materials for clarity, consistency, accessibility, accuracy, and instructional quality. Advisor Learning Support: Provide day-to-day support for advisor learning questions related to access, login links, enrollments, assignments, completions, certifications, and learning status across Collette University and MCV U. Support advisor account and learning-path administration, including bulk uploads, enrollments, record updates, deactivations, assignments, and follow-up on SSO or learner-data issues. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Client Care, and subject matter experts to build, revise, launch, monitor, and maintain advisor learning modules, including market- and experience-based learning pathways. Learning Reporting & Tracking: Run, validate, organize, and distribute recurring and one-time completion and progress reports for Client Care, BDMs, leaders, and other stakeholders. Maintain reporting grids and learner tracking tools, complete required market or customer sorting, respond to urgent reporting requests, and provide clear visibility into learner progress. Track advisor account activity and setup counts and support recurring stakeholder updates with accurate reports and supporting documentation. Tour Manager Learning & ASCEND: Support structured Tour Manager onboarding, microlearning, and ongoing development through ASCEND and Collette University. Help translate the Tour Manager learning strategy into a phased curriculum and practical roadmap; coordinate module development, review cycles, monthly updates, progress tracking, video-based learning, and just-in-time resources. Administer Tour Manager learner access, content updates, assignments, and reporting while partnering with business subject matter experts to keep learning current and consistent. Compliance & Required Learning: Support the administration and improvement of required learning across locations and learner groups, including completion tracking, audit evidence, launch communications, manager guidance, reminders, and country-specific content updates. Client Care Training: Support practical learning for new and existing Client Care employees and facilitate Customer Service Foundations training for new-hire classes when requested. Onboarding & Orientation: Support a consistent Day 1 and ongoing onboarding experience by facilitating and updating orientation materials, maintaining regional benefits presentations, coordinating schedules and communications, and advising on department-specific onboarding modules. AI, Microsoft 365 & Technology Adoption: Support learning initiatives related to AI, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and other workplace technologies, including learning paths, communications, responsible AI education, adoption resources, rollout support, and completion tracking. Learning Management System Administration: Upload completed course files and resources; configure course titles, descriptions, categories, assignments, learning paths, and learner-facing details; and confirm information is accurate before launch. Maintain consistency between design documentation, source files, and LMS course setup, and support quality checks, content-library organization, and ongoing course maintenance. Cross-Functional & Project Support: Coordinate with People & Culture, Marketing, Sales, Client Care, Tour Manager teams, and other business partners to manage reviews, updates, communications, schedules, and deliverables. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen learner support, improve reporting, create reusable tools, and adapt responsibilities as organizational needs evolve. Knowledge and Skills: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or any combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience developing practical learning content such as digital modules, presentations, facilitator materials, job aids, videos, communications, and supporting resources. Working knowledge of adult-learning and instructional-design principles, with the ability to organize information into clear, accessible learning experiences. Experience administering a learning management system such as Litmos, Courseau, or comparable platforms including user enrollments, assignments, courses, learning paths, content uploads, completion tracking, and reporting. Strong attention to detail and ability to validate learner data, course setup, assignments, reports, and learner-facing information. Ability to analyze, organize, and communicate learning completion and progress data using reports, spreadsheets, and tracking tools. Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills for virtual and in-person environments. Ability to partner effectively with subject matter experts and translate business content into learner-friendly resources. Strong organization and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, recurring tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines. Comfort using Microsoft 365 tools and learning technologies; willingness to learn new content-authoring, reporting, AI, and digital adoption tools. Service-oriented approach, sound judgment, professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to an accurate and consistent learner experience. Experience supporting compliance learning, onboarding, customer service training, travel-industry learning, or technology adoption preferred. Experience using AI and emerging technologies in learning, content development, reporting, or process improvement.
