• Valid Swiss medical license (FMH or equivalent) in a relevant specialty such as internal medicine, general practice, pediatrics, or another recognized discipline
• .Demonstrated clinical experience in outpatient or telemedicine settings, including remote assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• .Strong communication skills in English and at least one Swiss national language (e.g., German, French, Italian), with the ability to explain medical information clearly to diverse patient populations
• .Comfort and proficiency with digital tools and telehealth platforms, including secure video conferencing, electronic medical records, and e-prescription systems
• .Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid or remote environment, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
• .Commitment to patient-centered care, medical ethics, and adherence to Swiss regulatory and insurance requirements
• .Experience working with both adult and pediatric patients, or willingness to collaborate closely with colleagues to support a broad patient base
• .Ongoing engagement in professional development and continuing medical education relevant to telemedicine and the specialist’s clinical field
