Company

WorxInvest, headquartered in Antwerp, is a diversified investment company and alternative asset manager. WorxInvest is on a growth journey, evolving into a dynamic platform that combines strategic long-term holdings, agile rotational investments, and resilient real assets. Our investment strategy is built around three pillars:

  • Long-Term Strategic Investments in companies that shape the future of work and digital transformation, such as SD Worx, Anchor (Cegeka and Azelis), and HR Pay Solutions.
  • Rotational Investments through platforms like Gimv and our fund-of-funds WorxInvest Horizon I, enabling us to capture emerging opportunities across sectors and geographies.
  • Real Assets, including infrastructure and real estate, providing long-term stability and diversification.

As an active anchor investor in both private and public companies across Europe, WorxInvest takes on strategic shareholder positions to support sustainable growth.

WorxInvest is a long-term investment company with a clear ambition: to build sustainable value across generations. Behind that ambition is a highly driven team working closely together across investments, finance, governance and strategy. We offer an environment where people take ownership, think independently and contribute directly to long-term decisions.

Working at WorxInvest means being part of a team where impact is tangible and expectations are high, combined with a strong culture of collaboration and trust.
