As a Specialty Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our shopping centre portfolio through the leasing of kiosks, pop-up stores, retail merchandising units, vending machines and other common area opportunities.

You will work closely with Leasing, Shopping Centre Management, Marketing and other internal stakeholders to identify innovative revenue streams, enhance the customer experience and create attractive commercial opportunities for brands and retailers.

This role combines sales, business development, relationship management and commercial strategy, requiring a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and maximize revenue opportunities through the leasing of kiosks, retail merchandising units, pop-up stores, vending machines and other common area spaces across the portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, retailers, brands and commercial partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation, contracting and account management.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends, competitor activity and emerging retail concepts.
  • Negotiate and execute commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and centre strategy.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and business plans, including monitoring relevant CAPEX and OPEX expenditures.
  • Deliver accurate financial reporting and collaborate closely with Leasing, Centre Management and Marketing teams to maximize income generation.
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive business development activities, including networking, relationship building, industry outreach and lead generation initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and introduce innovative concepts that enhance both customer experience and commercial performance.

What You'll Bring

  • University degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, leasing, partnerships or another commercial role.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively and develop long-term business relationships.
  • A high level of ownership, accountability and a results-driven attitude.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, collaborate and challenge constructively.
  • Creativity, initiative and an entrepreneurial approach to identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Curiosity about market trends, consumer behaviour and emerging retail concepts.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in commercial real estate, shopping centres, retail property management, specialty leasing or commercialisation.
  • Experience on either the landlord side or retailer/tenant side of the business.
  • Background in business development, sales, retail expansion, key account management, leasing or commercial partnerships.
  • Understanding of retail trends and a passion for creating innovative commercial opportunities within dynamic retail destinations.
