**Specialty Technician – Orlando, FL**
**Infinite Pest Solutions**

**Hungry for more hands-on specialty work and higher earnings through sales?**

Infinite Pest Solutions is a locally owned, Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company serving Greater Orlando. We earned that recognition (88% three-year growth) by delivering thorough, high-quality work and keeping our word. Our technicians have the time and tools to do the job right, and our customers notice (1,000+ five-star reviews).

We’re adding a driven Specialty Technician to the Orlando team. This is a full-time role (typically 40–50 hours per week) for someone who already understands pest biology, structures, and customer conversations and is hungry to turn that knowledge into stronger income and growth. You’ll perform advanced specialty service while actively inspecting, recommending solutions, building proposals, and closing sales — the same skills that lead into our Field Inspector role (focused primarily on evaluations and sales, plus training Start Techs and Specialty Techs on specialty services and evaluations).

### What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll meet residential and commercial customers for inspections and specialty work. You’ll identify pest activity, entry points, damage, and conducive conditions; explain the findings clearly; recommend the right solution; prepare proposals; and close the sale. You’ll also handle the hands-on specialty treatments yourself so customers get the quality we promise.

**You’ll inspect, sell, and perform work on:**
- Drywood termite spot and whole-home no-tent treatments
- Sentricon installs, inspections, and renewals
- New customer starts and initial services
- Rodent control and exclusion
- Bed bug treatments
- WDO evaluations and related wood-destroying services
- Commercial GHP and other specialty services

**Day-to-day responsibilities include:**
- Thorough residential and commercial inspections (including climbing onto roofs and crawling through attics when needed)
- Clear, professional explanations of findings and options
- Accurate proposals and estimates
- Follow-up on open opportunities and closing sales
- Building relationships with property managers and commercial accounts
- Hands-on technician work on the specialty services listed above
- Maintaining clean records and coordinating with the service and office teams

### Compensation & Support
**Hourly pay + commission** so you have a stable base while your sales performance directly increases your earnings.

**We provide:**
- Company vehicle and fuel card
- Paid training
- Health insurance
- Paid time off
- Support from an established local operations team
- A clear next step into Field Inspector (focused more on evaluations and sales, and training Start Techs and Specialty Techs on specialty services and evaluations) once you’re ready

### Who Thrives Here
We’re looking for someone who is hungry — who can find the real problem, explain why it’s happening, build confidence in the solution, and ask for the business. You’re comfortable working independently yet stay closely connected with the team, you don’t mind getting your hands dirty on specialty jobs (including roofs and attics), and you want your effort to show up in your paycheck.

**Preferred background:**
- 3+ years of pest-control experience
- 3+ years of rodent exclusion experience is a strong plus
- Solid knowledge of termites, rodents, bed bugs, and general pests
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing and closing
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Dependable, professional, self-motivated, and hungry to grow

If you have real pest-control experience and want a role that mixes advanced specialty service with real selling (and a path toward more pure sales work as a Field Inspector) inside a fast-growing, locally owned company that still prioritizes quality — we’d like to talk.

**Job Type:** Full-time (typically 40–50 hours per week)
**Location:** Orlando, Florida
**Compensation:** Hourly + commission
**Benefits:** Health insurance, PTO, paid training, company vehicle & fuel card
