We work with some of the world’s largest enterprises across energy, mining and construction, replacing tick-box safety training with impactful, immersive experiences that people actually remember when it counts. From there, we’re bringing Pixaera onto the job itself.

Who are we looking for?

We're always on the lookout for great people who'd like to join in our mission of making the world a safer place, one training module at a time. Our colleagues are based all over, from the US through to Europe and Asia.

We use AI where we can to speed up our production process, cut costs for clients and really make things happen. So if you're going to come on board then you need to be more than just comfortable with AI - you need to be able to embrace it enthusiastically. We can offer remote working for many roles, but we're focused on the GTM side in building up a core base in Manchester, UK, and for those roles we're ideally looking for people who can be onsite at least 2 days a week.

• A genuine appetite for AI. You already use AI tools in your day-to-day work, and you’re excited to find new ways they can help you work faster and smarter, not just willing to try them.
• A track record of getting things done. Whether it’s shipping code or closing deals, you can point to real results, and you do well in a fast-paced, high-output environment where you own your work from start to finish.
• Care about the mission. You’re motivated by the idea of frontline workers going home safely. Experience in safety, learning and development, gaming or high-risk industries like energy, mining or construction is a big plus but not essential.
• Location to suit the role. For GTM roles, you’re within commuting distance of Manchester and can be in the office at least two days a week. For other roles, you’re comfortable working remotely with a team spread across time zones.
