HundredStar Games is an independent video game developer based in Hackney Wick, East London, founded by Jamie Walker and Sefton Hill, previous founders of Rocksteady and the creative leadership team behind Rocksteady’s Batman Arkham series.
Growing to a maximum of 100 people over the next few years, we’re doing things differently at HundredStar, so we can focus on making great games and building meaningful connections with those we work with.
Our company culture and way of working is unique to the industry and encourages leadership at all levels, autonomy, accountability, team support, sharing vulnerability, and building context, connection, and treating people well.
We’re a hybrid studio, with everyone working in studio Tuesday through Thursday, with Mondays and Fridays open to WFH within the UK.

Our Cinematic Animators and Artists help bring our characters and stories to life through immersive, emotionally engaging cinematics. They're the ones behind the moments that live long after the game ends; from performance and staging to lighting and composition, they make sure each scene has its moment but also imparts what it needs to keep the story moving forward. It's storytelling at its most cinematic - where animation and artistry meet to make players truly feel something.
