HundredStar Games is an independent video game developer based in Hackney Wick, East London, founded by Jamie Walker and Sefton Hill, previous founders of Rocksteady and the creative leadership team behind Rocksteady’s Batman Arkham series.
Growing to a maximum of 100 people over the next few years, we’re doing things differently at HundredStar, so we can focus on making great games and building meaningful connections with those we work with.
Our company culture and way of working is unique to the industry and encourages leadership at all levels, autonomy, accountability, team support, sharing vulnerability, and building context, connection, and treating people well.
We’re a hybrid studio, with everyone working in studio Tuesday through Thursday, with Mondays and Fridays open to WFH within the UK.

One of our largest departments, our Engineering team spans Gameplay, Technical Design, Engine and Render specialties, building the solid foundation that our game is created upon. They're the ones writing the systems that bring our gameplay to life, crafting the tools that empower the wider team, and working behind the scenes to make sure the game experience feels seamless.
