HundredStar Games is an independent video game developer based in Hackney Wick, East London, founded by Jamie Walker and Sefton Hill, previous founders of Rocksteady and the creative leadership team behind Rocksteady’s Batman Arkham series.
Growing to a maximum of 100 people over the next few years, we’re doing things differently at HundredStar, so we can focus on making great games and building meaningful connections with those we work with.
Our company culture and way of working is unique to the industry and encourages leadership at all levels, autonomy, accountability, team support, sharing vulnerability, and building context, connection, and treating people well.
We’re a hybrid studio, with everyone working in studio Tuesday through Thursday, with Mondays and Fridays open to WFH within the UK.

Our Production team is a uniting force of the studio, offering support and guidance across the team throughout all stages of development. Fully integrated into our teams, our producers support the studio stay on track with our wider goals, but also at an individual level helping to anticipate and navigate discipline specific blockers to allow the team to do their best work. Calm under pressure and always a step ahead, our Producers are invaluable to our team's dynamic.
