Kerry SLT Clinic is a well-established, specialist speech and language therapy practice serving children, adults and families across County Kerry for almost 20 years.

We provide evidence-based assessment and intervention for a wide range of communication and swallowing difficulties across the lifespan. Our approach is person-centred, collaborative and grounded in a commitment to delivering high-quality, individualised care.

We pride ourselves on our supportive team environment, commitment to professional development and strong partnerships with families, schools and healthcare professionals.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is a hybrid role based in County Kerry, with flexibility to work from home for clinical documentation, planning and virtual consultations where appropriate.

The successful candidate will work predominantly with children with a range of disabilities and complex communication needs, providing assessment, intervention and collaborative support to families, educators and other professionals.

Kerry SLT Clinic operates a fully digital practice management system, including electronic clinical records, appointment scheduling and outcome measurement, allowing our therapists to focus on delivering excellent clinical care.

  • CORU registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
  • A full driving licence and access to your own car.
  • A genuine passion for working with children with disabilities and supporting their families.
  • A collaborative, positive attitude and enthusiasm for working as part of a multidisciplinary network.
  • Strong communication, organisational and clinical reasoning skills.
  • A commitment to evidence-based practice, professional development and person-centred care.

Why Join Us?

  • Become part of an established and supportive clinical team that values innovation, teamwork and high-quality care.
  • Enjoy flexible, part-time working arrangements.
  • Benefit from a hybrid working model.
  • Work with a varied and rewarding caseload.
  • Develop your clinical skills through professional collaboration, shared learning and ongoing development.
