About the Role

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Lilypad Learning, you will play a key role in supporting the communication and language development of students in various school settings by providing high-quality speech and language evaluations. Working remotely, you will conduct assessments, create detailed reports, and provide actionable, evidence-based recommendations to help students thrive. Key Responsibilities

• Availability during school days to conduct remote speech and language assessments in various school settings

• Analysis and integration of data from intake forms, case histories, teacher/parent input, behavioral observations, and standardized assessments

• Production of clear, detailed reports with practical recommendations aligned to student needs

• Adherence to strict timelines to deliver high-quality reports to districts

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology

• Current state licensure or eligibility to quickly obtain licensure in Massachusetts

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA

• Minimum of one year of experience conducting pediatric or school-based speech-language evaluations

• Proficiency in standardized test administration, scoring, and interpretation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills, with comfort building rapport virtually

• A secure, private workspace with reliable internet access
