About the Role

Ostello is looking for enthusiastic and skilled Spoken English Educators to help learners improve their English communication skills through engaging online sessions.

As an educator, you will conduct interactive classes tailored to learners' needs, helping them build confidence in speaking English in academic, professional, and everyday situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live online Spoken English and IELTS preparation sessions.
• Help learners improve their speaking, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Provide constructive feedback and track learners' progress.
• Prepare learners for interviews, public speaking, group discussions, and professional communication.
• Create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

• A degree in English, English Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of English teaching experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience conducting interactive online classes.
• IELTS teaching experience or international teaching experience is a plus.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for at least 4 hours per day.

Compensation

This is a freelance, commission-based opportunity.
