Spencer Recruitment is partnering with a leading creative communications agency in Dublin to recruit a Sports Sponsorship Account Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, commercially minded individual with a genuine passion for sport, particularly Irish sport and the GAA.

We're looking for someone who understands how to bring sponsorship partnerships to life through creative campaigns, influencer content, media relations and brand activations.

The Role

• Manage and deliver creative sports sponsorship campaigns for leading brands.
• Develop innovative sponsorship activations that connect brands with sporting audiences.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships, athlete collaborations and engaging social media content.
• Build strong relationships with clients, media contacts and key stakeholders.
• Support PR campaigns, media outreach and content creation.
• Work closely with creative and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to maximise brand exposure and sponsorship value.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets and reporting.

What We're Looking For

• Ideally 4+ years' experience in sponsorship, PR, communications, marketing or a related agency environment.
• A genuine passion for sport, with knowledge of the Irish sporting landscape and GAA particularly desirable.
• Experience in influencer marketing, content creation and media relations.
• A creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh campaign ideas.
• Strong client relationship and account management skills.
• Experience delivering brand activations, sponsorship campaigns or integrated PR campaigns.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.
