• Step 3: Interview with a team member of your area (45 minutes) – a peer conversation on the day-to-day work.

• Step 4: Interview with the lead of your area (45 minutes) – a technical and strategic deep-dive.

• Step 5: Cultural Fit with the CEO (30 minutes).
