We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented video editor who can transform sports moments into cinematic, emotionally engaging stories.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create cinematic cricket reels, sports highlights, player stories, interviews, and coaching breakdowns.
• Edit celebrity reels, athlete profiles, personal-brand videos, and engaging short-form content.
• Develop compelling narratives using pacing, transitions, sound design, and visual effects.
• Create professional motion graphics, animated typography, subtitles, and cinematic sequences.
• Edit longer-form videos while maintaining storytelling quality and audience engagement.

💻 REQUIRED SOFTWARE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Adobe Premiere Pro: Advanced video editing, storytelling, pacing, colour correction, and audio synchronisation.
• Adobe After Effects: Motion graphics, visual effects, kinetic typography, compositing, and cinematic animation.
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator: Basic-to-intermediate skills for graphics, assets, and creative compositions.
• Adobe Audition or equivalent: Audio cleanup, mixing, and sound enhancement.
• DaVinci Resolve: Colour grading skills are an advantage.
• Rendering & Exporting: Understanding of rendering workflows, codecs, bitrates, and high-quality exports for social media and digital platforms.

✨ CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Demonstrable experience with sports, cricket, athlete content, celebrity reels, or related high-energy content.
• Strong cinematic storytelling instincts and an excellent eye for detail.
• Understanding of hooks, retention, pacing, and social media video formats.
• Creative, dependable, responsive, and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
