Spring-Internship 2027: Product Owner (m/f/x)

“Berufspraktikum” Start: March or April 2027* – 2-4 months | 8074 Raaba-Grambach | full-time (38,5 h/week) or part-time (minimum: 20 h/week) | ideal first step toward building a lasting professional relationship

What you’ll be doing:

Working closely with your buddy, you will contribute to the successful delivery of customer projects as part of the software implementation process.

Your main task should include:

• Supporting your Product Owner peers in the collection and validation of customer requirements together with customers and development teams

• Assisting in Backlog-Management– incl. creation / prioritization of backlog items acc. to timelines and project goals

• Consolidating key input (customer processes, customer requirements, use-case analyses, product information, workshop plans) and using them to generate PO design artifacts (user stories, process descriptions, etc.).

• Support the Implementation Team with the clarification on requirements, acceptance criteria, etc. from the user stories

• Providing continuous monitoring of the project's progress, taking into account milestones set, and taking measures in case of deviations

What you bring to the role:

• Ongoing technical and/or business studies at HTL/FH/Uni (e.g, in the field of IT, innovation and product management, business informatics, software development & management, or similar)

• Quick comprehension and interest in learning and using cutting-edge technologies(e.g. AI)

• Excellent communication abilities, with proficiency in both written and verbal English (German is beneficial).

• High degree of initiative, reliability, determination, and willingness to learn

• Good working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

• A proactive and reliable approach, good organizational skills, and the ability to connect easily with others

• If you are available for 2 to 4 months, either full-time or part-time (minimum duration of 12 weeks for part-time internships) and

• if you are happy with our hybrid working model, which combines approximately 60% office-based and 40% remote work, then
