About the work

Our client is building a library of real-world professional workflow recordings focused on Sprout Social and social media management.

We are looking for experienced Social Media Managers or Social Media Specialists who currently use Sprout Social or a similar social media management platform as part of their day-to-day professional work.

The goal of this project is to capture realistic workflows showing how social media professionals manage multiple accounts, schedule and publish content, handle incoming messages, monitor conversations, and analyze performance. This may include scheduling posts across multiple profiles, managing the social inbox, creating listening topics, and building performance reports.

There is no teaching or formal presentation required. You’ll simply record your screen while performing typical social media management workflows and narrate what you are doing.

Responsibilities

• Record 4–5 screen captures demonstrating real Sprout Social workflows

• Create and schedule posts across multiple social media profiles

• Manage incoming messages, comments, and interactions through the social inbox

• Create or manage social listening topics

• Build and review social media performance reports

• Monitor engagement and content performance

• Demonstrate common publishing, engagement, listening, and reporting workflows

• Navigate the platform as you would during normal day-to-day work

• Provide clear audio narration while completing each workflow

• Ensure recordings demonstrate realistic professional social media management practices

Example workflows

A recording may demonstrate:

“Create and schedule a social media post across multiple profiles, select the appropriate publishing settings, review the scheduled content, and confirm that it has been added correctly to the publishing calendar.”

Other recordings may demonstrate managing the social inbox, responding to engagement, setting up listening topics, or creating performance reports.

Required experience

• Currently working as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Specialist, Community Manager, or similar role

• 3+ years of professional social media management experience

• Currently use Sprout Social (preferred) or a similar social media management platform

• Experience managing multiple social media profiles

• Hands-on experience with content scheduling, engagement management, and performance reporting

• Comfortable recording your screen while performing professional workflows

• Able to clearly narrate your actions while completing each task

• Based in India

Nice to have

• Strong hands-on experience with Sprout Social

• Experience with social listening and audience monitoring

• Experience creating social media analytics and performance reports

• Experience managing social media for multiple brands, clients, or business units

• Familiarity with social media campaign planning and optimization
