Our client is a European alternative investment manager investing across private credit and real estate. Its Luxembourg team is small, close knit and central to how the business runs. They are looking for an Associate to join in January 2027.

This is a chance to move from a service provider into an investment manager. You will stop preparing the work and start owning it.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of European SPVs day to day
• Review accounting, reporting packs and Lux GAAP financial statements prepared by administrators
• Run cash management, prepare funds flows and instruct payments
• Coordinate audits with local and group auditors
• Support SPV incorporations, bank account openings and investment exits
• Review tax, VAT and statutory filings, and work with tax, legal and audit advisors
• Give the investment team financial information when they need it

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 3 years in SPV, fund or corporate accounting at a Luxembourg service provider
• Lux GAAP knowledge and a good understanding of the Luxembourg regulatory framework
• A hands on, proactive approach and real curiosity about how investments work
• Fluent English. Another European language is a plus
