DESCRIPTION As a Senior Account Executive – Voice Specialist at Sinch, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by combining strategic sales leadership with deep expertise in enterprise Voice and cloud communications solutions. In this overlay role, you will partner closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Solutions Engineers, and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute complex sales strategies across enterprise accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers and an internal subject matter expert, leveraging deep knowledge of the Voice communications ecosystem to uncover business challenges, shape solution strategies, and articulate differentiated value. You will engage executive and technical stakeholders, influence complex buying decisions, and lead opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close. This role will focus on accelerating new business and expansion opportunities within strategic accounts, with particular emphasis on Sinch's Voice portfolio and enterprise communications use cases. You will identify and develop opportunities, contribute to account and territory strategies, lead complex sales engagements, and provide specialized expertise that strengthens the overall customer proposition. You will also bring market intelligence and customer insights back to the broader organization to improve positioning, sales effectiveness, and go-to-market execution. This role is ideal for an experienced, consultative sales professional who combines strong commercial acumen with deep expertise in enterprise Voice, telecommunications, or cloud communications and thrives in a highly collaborative, customer-facing environment. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years' experience; or equivalent experience. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through consultative, value-based selling in complex enterprise environments. Demonstrated success developing and closing complex new business and expansion opportunities with senior-level stakeholders. Deep expertise within enterprise Voice, telecommunications, CPaaS , cloud communications, or a closely related technology market, with the ability to translate complex capabilities into measurable customer outcomes. Experience selling Voice or telecommunications solutions that involve complex technical requirements, multiple geographies, carrier ecosystems, integrations, or regulatory considerations. Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. Demonstrated ability to understand complex customer challenges and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solution strategies. Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline with experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead complex sales engagements without direct authority. Strong understanding of relevant market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry-specific business challenges, including the evolving enterprise Voice and cloud communications landscape. Demonstrated ability to share expertise, mentor peers, and contribute to sales enablement and go-to-market initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. The annual starting base salary for this position is $148,000 – $184,000. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/ market , skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in the Company’s commission plan, with a target commission opportunity equal to 82% of annualized base salary, subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan.
