Job Summary

Disruptive Solutions is seeking a customer-focused Solutions Architect to shape, design, and communicate differentiated cybersecurity and artificial intelligence solutions for federal and commercial customers. This role combines solution architecture, consultative customer engagement, proposal development, and internal product innovation. The Solutions Architect will translate mission and business challenges into secure, practical, and compelling solutions built around Disruptive Solutions capabilities and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical solution for proposals, requests for information, white papers, presentations, demonstrations, oral proposals, and other capture deliverables.
  
• Write and refine persuasive technical and management content that directly responds to customer requirements, evaluation criteria, risks, outcomes, and discriminators.
  
• Develop solution architectures, technical approaches, workflows, staffing assumptions, transition strategies, implementation roadmaps, and basis-of-estimate inputs.
  
• Facilitate solutioning sessions with capture managers, subject matter experts, delivery leaders, pricing teams, partners, and executives.
  
• Ensure proposed solutions are compliant, feasible, secure, cost-conscious, and aligned with Disruptive Solutions past performance and delivery capabilities.
  
• Support color-team reviews and incorporate feedback while maintaining a consistent solution narrative and win themes.
  
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from early discovery and capture through implementation, adoption, and expansion.
  
• Lead executive and technical discovery sessions to understand mission priorities, current-state environments, pain points, constraints, desired outcomes, and measures of success.
  
• Create tailored white-glove solutions, demonstrations, prototypes, workshops, and roadmaps that show customers how Disruptive Solutions can address their specific needs.
  
• Translate complex cybersecurity and AI concepts into clear business and mission value for executives, technical teams, acquisition stakeholders, and end users.
  
• Maintain strong customer relationships, identify emerging needs, and partner with account teams to develop follow-on opportunities.
  
• Design customer solutions to support secure integrations, data flows, workflows, controls, analytics, automation, and reporting.
  
• Work directly with customers and internal teams to co-create new capabilities that address operational, compliance, governance, and mission challenges.
  
• Develop repeatable internal solutions, reference architectures, accelerators, use cases, playbooks, demonstrations, and implementation patterns that can be applied across customers.
  
• Partner with engineering and product teams to translate market needs and customer feedback into prioritized product enhancements and requirements.
  
• Evaluate emerging cybersecurity and AI technologies and recommend practical additions that strengthen and expand Disruptive Solutions offerings.
  
• Embed security, privacy, responsible AI, governance, zero trust, risk management, and compliance considerations throughout the solution lifecycle.
  
• Build and write reusable solution content, including capability briefs, architecture diagrams, technical libraries, case studies, proposal modules, and sales enablement materials.
  
• Represent Disruptive Solutions in customer meetings, industry events, partner sessions, demonstrations, and technical presentations.
  
• Help establish solution-development standards, review gates, reusable assets, and feedback loops that improve speed, quality, and consistency.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  
• Eight or more years of experience in cybersecurity, enterprise technology, cloud, AI, solution architecture, technical consulting, or a related discipline.
  
• Passion for solutioning and strong writing, facilitation, presentation, relationship-building, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  
• Demonstrated experience developing technical solutions and writing substantive content for federal proposals, white papers, or customer solution documents.
  
• Experience leading customer discovery, requirements analysis, workshops, demonstrations, and executive-level technical discussions.
  
• Proficiency with cybersecurity architecture, cloud security, zero trust, identity and access management, risk management, security operations, vulnerability management, compliance, and automation.
  
• Proficiency with AI and machine learning concepts, generative AI use cases, data protection, AI governance, model risk, and secure AI adoption.
  
• Ability to create clear architecture diagrams, implementation roadmaps, technical narratives, and executive presentations.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in fast-paced proposal and customer environments.
  
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, Treasury, or other civilian federal agencies.
  

• Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST Risk Management Framework, FedRAMP, FISMA, CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model, and related federal requirements.
  

• Experience with DevSecOps, security automation, continuous monitoring, ATO acceleration, security operations, and AI-enabled cybersecurity.
  

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Security Plus, or architecture and AI credentials.
  

• Experience helping develop, productize, launch, or scale a cybersecurity or AI platform.
