Technical Challenge
You’ll design the knowledge layer that powers our AI agents. You’ll model complex business domains as ontologies, build them into knowledge graphs, and connect them to LLM-based agentic workflows so the agents can reason over structured, reliable context. You’ll work in Python, graph databases, and modern AI frameworks, and deploy solutions in Databricks and cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain ontologies and domain models (entities, relationships, rules) for enterprise use cases.
- Build and operate knowledge graphs and context graphs that serve as memory and grounding for AI agents.
- Build data pipelines that extract, link and load structured and unstructured data, including NLP-based entity and relation extraction, into the graph.
- Integrate knowledge graphs with LLM and agentic workflows (GraphRAG, LangChain, CrewAI), including memory management and context strategies.
- Define evaluation criteria and measure how graph-grounded context improves agent accuracy.
- Work with product and engineering teams to turn domain knowledge into scalable, maintainable solutions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years in AI/ML, data, or knowledge engineering, with production experience.
- Hands-on experience designing ontologies and building knowledge graphs in real-world applications.
- Strong experience with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) and query languages (Cypher and/or SPARQL).
- Familiarity with semantic web standards (RDF, OWL, SHACL) and ontology tools (e.g., Protégé).
- Strong Python skills for data and ML pipelines.
- Practical experience with Generative AI and frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI.
- Understanding of agentic system design, including memory management and dynamic context compression.
- Experience with NLP techniques for entity extraction, linking and resolution.
- Advanced English for daily collaboration with US-based teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GraphRAG or knowledge-graph-augmented LLM systems.
- Databricks and Apache Spark.
- LLM evaluation frameworks such as LangSmith or LangFuse
- Experience with Palantir Foundry Ontology, Stardog, GraphDB, or Amazon Neptune.
- Background in knowledge representation (academic or applied).
