Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

$77,600.00 - $128,000.00

The Coverage & Forms team plays a critical role in the strategy, development, maintenance, and compliance of insurance products that are offered to customers and agents. As a Sr Analyst, Coverage & Forms, you will play a direct role in the revision and enhancements of policy coverage forms and contracts, coverage rules and customer notifications. In this role, you will assist with development of insurance product, coverage, and form strategies.

What Will You Do?

• Assist with development of insurance product and coverage strategies and product development initiatives in conjunction with business and product teams.
• May create and conduct formal presentations for leadership.
• Create and revise policy and non-policy forms with minimal assistance. Create filing documentation and assist with responses to Department of Insurance questions.
• Validate and confirm form changes meet state regulation and statutes using compliance tools and other resources.
• Present and seek input from key stakeholders to gain agreement and approvals of forms.
• Conduct basic competitor coverage analysis to assist with coverage and forms strategies and create side-by-side coverage comparisons for filing documentations and other purposes.
• Conduct impact analysis, share with other Product teams, execute changes, and may consult on development and use of forms in accordance with countrywide initiatives and/or to comply with state laws and regulations.
• Adhere to policy and non-policy form workflow processes and controls, ensures form changes align with requirements and state filings. Utilize forms development and testing/validation tools.
• Perform form responsibilities with strong understanding of the rate, quote, issuance, and publishing systems to facilitate the development of policy and non-policy forms. Assist with implementation of form changes in systems.
• Develop communication, documentation, training, and marketing materials to communicate coverage and forms information. May assist with training presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

• Three years of insurance forms/product development, claims, or legal experience.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of insurance products, systems, contracts, forms, coverage, compliance, regulatory environment, and insurance financials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle shifting priorities.

What is a Must Have?

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of relevant experience with understanding and knowledge of insurance products.
