As a Senior Analyst responsible for analyzing, defining, and supporting digital capabilities that enable customers to monitor and optimize machine performance through web and mobile experiences. Your Impact: Act as IT analyst for Customer Experience Portal (CEP) documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability across business, functional, and technical artifacts. The main focus will be on advanced machine monitoring in the portal, where customers can monitor and analyze their machine performance. The second focus will be on live telemetry data for the mobile app. Elicit, analyze, and document business and user requirements related to CEP document management, content delivery, and customer-facing information. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams. Proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies related to CEP and propose mitigation actions.
