COMPANY OVERVIEW

We exist to make food the world loves. But we do more than that. Our company is a place that prioritizes being a force for good, a place to expand learning, explore new perspectives and reimagine new possibilities, every day. We look for people who want to bring their best — bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.

OVERVIEW

As a Senior Analyst – Materials Management, you will use supply chain expertise, analytics, and problem-solving skills to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of inbound raw-material supply. You will partner with plants and cross-functional teams across the United States to identify risks, develop practical solutions, and improve material availability, inventory, cost, and service. This role offers the opportunity to influence a complex global supply network while working as an individual contributor in a collaborative virtual team. This role requires you to operate in 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm shift.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support OU-level performance improvement across OTD, DOS, VN, NPW, utilization, MDRs, lead-time compliance, and related supply-chain metrics.
  • Partner with Consultant and ESC stakeholders and lead ESC plant calls from the ISA front to drive improvement in OTD, DOS, LE, LTL, and related metrics.
  • Support TLC and critical analysis including warehouse space, inventory projection with freight cost, safety stock, min–max levels, load efficiency, and less-than-truckload (LTL) optimization, to identify cost and service improvement opportunities.
  • Support disruption recovery and escalation management by expediting materials, coordinating alternate sources of supply and transportation, reviewing purchase order commitments, and tracking recovery actions through closure. Identify recurring MDR issues, recommend practical corrective actions, and support sustainable solutions to improve supply continuity and reduce repeat disruptions.
  • Coach and support new team members through buddying, knowledge sharing, and process guidance as needed.
  • Assist with escalation tracking, process-improvement initiatives, and the application of AI-enabled tools and insights to improve decision-making, generate cost improvement opportunities, and deliver measurable cost avoidance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Full-time graduation from an accredited university.
  • At least 6 years of related experience in supply chain, materials management, planning, procurement, logistics, or a comparable analytical function.
  • Experience working with supply chain, inventory management, replenishment, and material-availability concepts.
  • Experience using SAP Materials Management or a comparable enterprise resource-planning system.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis.
  • Ability to gather, visualize, analyze, and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, navigate ambiguity, and influence stakeholders toward solutions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in operations, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional or Six Sigma.
  • Experience supporting multiple manufacturing plants or a complex, global supply network.
  • Experience with material-disruption recovery, supply-risk assessment, network design, landed-cost analysis, or inventory optimization.
  • Experience developing or manipulating SAP reports and creating advanced Excel analyses, including macros.
  • Demonstrated continuous-improvement mindset and experience coaching or developing junior team members.
