  • Identify operational pain points with financial implications and quantify their potential cost impact.
  • Calculate, validate, and track productivity savings generated by warehouse initiatives.
  • Monitor financial action plans and follow up on open items, commitments, and expected benefits.
  • Support contract negotiations and renewals by preparing cost analyses, financial scenarios, and business insights.
  • Provide financial and operational inputs during month-end close and monthly forecasting processes.
  • Validate that operational results and cost drivers are accurately reflected in financial models and reports.
  • Promote the adoption of Finance Intelligence, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Support finance transformation projects by documenting workflows, testing solutions, and validating automated outputs.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate recurring financial processes.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Logistics Finance, Operations Finance, Cost Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience partnering with operations, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or warehouse teams.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost management, and management reporting.
  • Experience developing dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and transforming data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP, ERP platforms, or financial planning systems is preferred.
  • Understanding of warehouse and logistics metrics, such as throughput, utilization, labor, productivity, and 3PL costs.
