As a Senior Associate, Cash & Liquidity Management supporting the Treasury Operations team, you will be trusted to help execute critical treasury activities across the Americas region while partnering on selected global projects. In this role, a typical day will include:
- Monitor daily cash positions and support liquidity management activities across multiple banking relationships.
- Prepare treasury reports, reconciliations, and analyses related to cash balances, debt, interest expense, and funding activities.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Legal, and Treasury stakeholders to support operational treasury processes.
- Execute and monitor banking transactions while ensuring compliance with treasury controls and procedures.
- Support month-end activities, process improvements, and treasury initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Banking Operations, Corporate Finance, or a related function.
- Experience supporting treasury operations within a multinational organization is preferred.
- Experience with banking operations, treasury reporting, and account reconciliations.
- Exposure to debt administration and/or interest expense management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems; FIS is a plus.
- Exposure to cash forecasting, cash positioning, or liquidity analysis is preferred.
- Interest in data analytics and process improvement is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset.
- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
