W-2, Full-Time (NexusTek Employee) | Remote, U.S.-Based | Initial 4-Month Engagement, Extension Possible The Opportunity A confidential healthcare services organization is seeking a Senior Azure Administrator to serve as their embedded Azure administrator and governance layer during an active migration of finance automation from UiPath to Microsoft Power Platform. This is a genuine platform-governance role, not a migration-build role, the client's own implementation partners handle the build, this person keeps the Azure environment, security posture, and platform readiness solid underneath them. What You'll Own Azure foundation and tenant administration: expanding from a single subscription into a multi-subscription model (management, security, application, landing-zone), resource-group structure, Entra ID configuration, role-based access control, Key Vault, storage, and managed-identity patterns Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric enablement: managed environments, data loss prevention policies, Fabric enablement, environment variables, licensing and tenant readiness Partner and vendor enablement: coordinating environment access, network connectivity, and readiness for third-party implementation teams, clearing permissions, networking, and connectivity obstacles for them Security, compliance, and governance support: least-privilege and conditional-access configuration, maintaining security posture and guardrails while external partners build workloads Ongoing Azure and endpoint administration: subscription and cost management, resource governance, hybrid connectivity support, endpoint and cloud administration, environment documentation Required Qualifications Deep, hands-on Azure administration experience: multi-subscription environments, Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault, managed identity, resource governance Real experience supporting or enabling Power Platform and/or Microsoft Fabric environments Comfortable in a governance and enablement role, supporting other teams' work rather than owning a build end to end U.S.-based, available to work standard U.S. business hours, Monday through Friday Able to pass a standard background check as a condition of this being a W-2 employment relationship with NexusTek Preferred Qualifications Exposure to RPA-to-Power-Platform migrations, or familiarity with UiPath, given the context this role supports Experience in a healthcare or other regulated industry environment Experience coordinating with external implementation or consulting partners working inside a client's environment What This Role Is Not Not a Power Platform or RPA developer role, this person governs and enables the platform, the client's implementation partners build on it Not a PHI/ePHI-handling role, the client has explicitly scoped this engagement to exclude protected health information Not a 1099 or corp-to-corp engagement, this is a genuine NexusTek W-2 position, salary-based, not an hourly contract rate
