Leveraging your expertise in blockchain technology, smart contract development, and Web3 frameworks, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions on various blockchain networks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical strategy, and shape the future of decentralized technology. Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and development of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Polkadot Design and implement scalable and secure solutions for decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, decentralized exchanges (DEXs), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), or other blockchain use cases Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, reviewing code, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to define project requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization of smart contracts and dApps to ensure performance, security, and compliance with industry standards and best practices Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, standards, and protocols to inform technical decisions, innovation strategies, and product roadmaps Document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and code patterns to facilitate collaboration, onboarding, and future maintenance of blockchain projects Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
