You will recommend and fulfill deposit and cash management solutions for businesses, agricultural operations, churches, charities and other community organizations, turning new opportunities into lasting member relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Build a deposit pipeline through proactive outreach, referrals, networking and centre-of-influence relationships; maintain CRM records and track results against agreed goals.
- Understand members' business operations, cash flow, liquidity and payment needs to recommend suitable deposit and cash management solutions.
- Present proposals, explain options, respond to objections and close opportunities within approved pricing and terms.
- Deepen assigned relationships through regular contact, renewal discussions and follow-through on service concerns.
- Coordinate with Kindred partners to support onboarding and service, and connect members with lending, wealth, insurance and other specialists.
- Share market insights and member feedback to help develop product offering while meeting Kindred’s policies, risk appetite, privacy, AML/ATF and regulatory requirements.
What to bring
You communicate and present clearly, network confidently and build warm relationships easily. You combine discipline in account management with sound judgment, reliable follow-through and effective collaboration. Kindred’s values and concierge approach guide how you build relationships and recommend solutions as you champion Kindred's brand and authentically share our purpose.
Plus you bring your qualifications and experience
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, commerce, economics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Five or more years in financial services sales, relationship management or business development, with proven success.
- Experience serving business, agricultural, non-profit or organizational clients or members is preferred.
- Knowledge of business deposits, operating accounts, cash management, term deposits and everyday banking solutions is beneficial
