Job Title Sr. Coordinator- Content QA Reports to Manager Content Location Mumbai Job Purpose This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of digital content, often in an asynchronous or remote setting. Your primary focus is on reviewing and assessing various forms of content, such as written articles, videos, audio, or any other media type that is created and published online. including compliance requirements, observations, corrective actions, and their closure . Job Title Sr. Coordinator- Content QA Reports to Manager Content Location Mumbai Review and assess educational materials, including text, videos, student learning materials, synchronous and asynchronous content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with curriculum objectives. Identify errors, inconsistencies, or outdated information and recommend necessary revisions or updates. Ensure content is engaging, accessible, and meets quality standards Proofread content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, and readability. Check formatting, tables, figures, images, captions, and references. Maintain QA checklists, observation trackers, and ensure timely closure of corrections Coordinate with faculty, SMEs, content developers, editors, and designers for resolving QA observations Conduct final quality checks before publication, printing, or LMS upload. Identify recurring errors and contribute to improving content QA standards and processes Verify that content aligns with predefined learning objectives, outcomes, and educational standards. Conduct usability testing to evaluate the user-friendliness of the digital learning platform and content navigation. Gather feedback from learners and instructors to make improvements. Assess the effectiveness of multimedia components, simulations, and interactive elements in enhancing the learning experience. Propose enhancements to content, such as adding supplementary materials, links to external resources, or multimedia elements to improve learning outcomes. Stay updated with educational trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in online learning. Assist in the preparation and timely submission of regulatory reports, annual reports, and other required documentation to statutory and regulatory bodies. Prepare and maintain quality assurance reports, dashboards, records, and periodic update Requirements- Skills & Competencies Understand quality assurance requirements of content produced for distance and online learning Attention to detail and a commitment to quality improvement. Analytical mindset and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in content. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of relevant software and tools (e.g. MS Excel, BI) for data analysis and reporting. Adaptability to changing digital content trends and technologies. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ethical and responsible behavior, especially when handling sensitive or confidential content. Requirements- Education & work experience Master's degree in English, Education, Management, or relevant discipline . 4-6 years of experience in academic content, proofreading, editing, publishing, or e-learning QA Experience in quality assurance or content review in an educational setting is preferred. Knowledge of instructional design principles and educational pedagogy. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital content creation tools.
