Sr Coordinator Inland Delivery Team

The role involves arranging transport by truck and rail, preparing transport orders, monitoring deliveries, and managing delays, exceptions, and operational constraints. It also includes coordinating with customers, carriers, terminals, customs, ports, and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth movement of cargo.

The position supports transport optimization by monitoring carrier performance, equipment availability, transport limitations, and opportunities for cost savings. It also investigates operational issues, resolves shipment-related problems, clarifies discrepancies, and supports the accurate handling of inland transport costs and invoicing.

5–6 years of experience in an operational role, preferably in inland transportation; an interest in international trade and logistics; excellent Spanish and fluent English language skills are essential for this position; familiarity with Microsoft Office; and strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Salary and pay transparency

In accordance with the principles of pay transparency and equal opportunities, the indicative salary range for this position is between €32,000 and €40,000 gross annual salary. The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and professional profile.
