Craft & Quality
- Set a high bar for language, voice, rhythm and narrative structure across all consumer-facing work
- Act as final copy review on the team's work, from headlines and long form editorial to product copy, email and social

- Work with translation partners so copy reads authentically in French and across our global markets
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead copy across the Creative team, mentoring writers through clear direction, regular feedback and shared craft standards

- Build and refine the copywriting process and approval workflow within Creative and across the organization
- Partner with Brand, Marketing, Product, Merchandising, eCommerce, Social, Retail and Communications teams to bring messaging thinking in early
- Stay connected to culture, fashion and storytelling trends to keep our voice fresh and relevant
