The Senior Paralegal will report to the Associate General Counsel and is primarily responsible assisting with general corporate matters (entity management,) financing and insurance. This role serves as a key partner to the Legal Department and business stakeholders by providing guidance on contractual matters, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping drive efficient legal processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work closely with the General Counsel and business leaders to assess business and legal terms, contractual obligations, and risk allocation.
• Independently manage contract workflows and priorities in accordance with established procedures and guidelines while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support the General Counsel in connection with entity management, insurance, financing,
• Assist with Partner letters, NDAs and/or customer forms.
• Serve as a resource to internal stakeholders regarding contract-related processes and requirements.
• Support Legal Operations
• Manage the administration, drafting, review, and negotiation of a variety of contracts, including new and renewal software licenses, statements of work, professional services agreements, consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, and information security
• Maintain an updated and accurate library of contract templates and database of executed contracts and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Intellectual property and Real estate support
• Litigation support
• M&A support

QUALIFICATIONS

• Entity management and insurance experience.
• 5+ years of paralegal, contract administration, or related legal experience.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with strong judgment and the ability to balance commercial objectives and legal risk.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining and improving internal processes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Solid knowledge and skills working in an office environment.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
• Legal Operations experience preferred
• Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation experience involving software, SaaS, and professional services agreements preferred

Compensation: 90,000 USD - 95,000 USD
