Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of data science projects to address business challenges and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria. Design and execute end-to-end data science solutions, including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model building, and evaluation. Utilize advanced machine learning techniques and algorithms to extract insights and derive actionable recommendations. Mentor and coach junior data scientists, providing guidance on technical skills, best practices, and project execution. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Contribute to the development of data science frameworks, methodologies, and tools to enhance productivity and scalability. Communicate findings and results to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations, reports, and visualizations. Collaborate with data engineers and IT professionals to optimize data pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment processes. Lead research and experimentation to explore new data sources, techniques, and algorithms for continuous improvement. Requirements: Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related roles. Proven track record of leading and delivering complex data science projects from conception to completion. Expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, as well as data manipulation and analysis libraries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovate creatively. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines. Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
