Sr. Digital Analyst
HYBRID POSITION | ONSITE THREE DAYS A WEEK AT JOSTENS’ CORPORATE OFFICE (MINNEAPOLIS, MN)
JOB TYPE: Full-time
ABOUT YOU:
A senior analytics practitioner who uses digital, marketing, and customer data to understand performance, identify growth opportunities, and translate data into actionable insights. The role will initially partner closely with Marketing Analytics on channel, campaign, customer, and performance analysis while also supporting Digital Analytics through web journey, funnel, conversion, and experimentation analytics.
YOU WILL:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical products that provide visibility into digital KPIs.
  • Proactively identify trends, performance drivers, opportunities, and anomalies.
  • Continuously improve reporting and analytics products based on stakeholder needs and business priorities.
  • Conduct channel-specific analysis to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and provide recommendations.
  • Support campaign measurement efforts by analyzing traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Configure and analyze data within Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
  • Work with web measurement team to identify tracking gaps on key domains
  • Analyze customer journeys across digital properties to identify behavioral patterns, friction points, and conversion opportunities.
  • Develop funnel analyses to understand progression, abandonment, and conversion across key digital experiences.
  • Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in clear and visually compelling ways.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to implement data-driven solutions.

YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to independently translate ambiguous business problems into analytical questions, develop appropriate analytical approaches, and communicate insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with dashboarding tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and Google Tag Manager
  • Hands-on experience writing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
  • Ability to synthesize findings into essential insights and communicate them effectively to senior management.
  • Must be adaptable and inquisitive, always seeking to better understand the utility (and limitations) of the data available.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment with complex, messy, and imperfect data.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize).
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake/Big Query and relational database models
