Description

Who We Are

The future of healthcare will be driven by data. Built by providers for providers, OMNY Health™ connects patients, providers, and life sciences companies through data and insights to transform healthcare delivery, improve clinical outcomes, and address patients’ unmet needs. Our secure real-world data platform and analytics services make it possible for health systems and specialty networks to harness the destiny of their data today. We empower stakeholders across the industry to build secure relationships with global pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies. The new insights gained from these data help shape tomorrow’s patient-centered, evidence-based care. We rely on a foundation of talented, passionate people to help us achieve our mission of revolutionizing how data is shared and valued.

The Team

OMNY is seeking a dynamic, talented and motivated strategic, yet hands-on Sr. Director, Life Sciences Commercial to play a pivotal role driving revenue expansion, lead generation, and key account acquisition across global pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device accounts. You’ll be responsible for ensuring we deliver a world class customer experience to our life sciences customers, while achieving our aggressive growth objectives. Reporting to our SVP Commercial, you’ll help us revolutionize the healthcare industry as we build a world class commercial organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in consultative sales with prior experience with selling to, or consulting directly with, life sciences organizations.

In This Role You Will

· Develop and execute a comprehensive territory and account-level growth strategy to identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the life sciences and medical device market.

· Identify and engage prospective clients, leveraging a consultative sales approach to understand their needs and present tailored healthcare real-world data (RWD), insights, and analytics solutions.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in life sciences organizations and medical device companies. Drive post-sale account expansion by identifying new therapeutic use cases (e.g., Commercial Analytics, HEOR, RWE) and expanding relationships across brand and analytics teams within existing accounts.

· Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from initial lead generation and qualification to deal negotiation, closing, and post-sale account expansion.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of our value proposition.

· Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

· Lead negotiations and close deals that align with the company’s objectives and revenue targets.

· Represent OMNY Health at industry conferences and events to promote our brand and solution.

· Maintain disciplined pipeline management, active forecasting, and clear documentation in CRM to ensure team visibility and sales process efficiency.

Requirements

· 3-6 years of prior experience and proven results selling or delivering complex solutions leveraging healthcare data, insights and analytics to life sciences companies, including experience with research and commercial functions at life sciences companies.

· Deep knowledge of the healthcare data ecosystem relative to life sciences and value drivers in recurring revenue business models, including proven strong understanding of the data and insights needs of multiple life sciences archetypes.

· In depth experience with and knowledge of various types of healthcare data assets (medical claims, prescription claims, EHR, etc.) and related analytic applications (e.g. commercial analytics, real-world evidence/HEOR); also, awareness of new & traditional data & services vendors.

· Strong, established life sciences industry relationships. Demonstrated experience working with life sciences C-suite and senior management teams, to identify needs, solutions and drive to closure projects that align with client imperatives, resulting in year over year new sales revenue.

· Demonstrated strategic account management skills with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas ($1M+ ARR).

· Proven ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment; a demonstrated ability to manage and execute with a strong bias for action and effectively prioritizing/meeting aggressive, recurring deadlines.

· Proven ability to operate as an autonomous "business owner" in a fast-paced, lean environment with less prescriptive structure. Comfort with ambiguity, taking calculated risks, and driving outcomes without waiting for step-by-step playbooks.

· High degree of professional ethics, with a focus on doing what's right for the customer and the business, with purpose and contagious enthusiasm.

· Disciplined habits around daily CRM maintenance, accurate pipeline forecasting, and end-to-end deal progression.

Bonus Points

· Hands on marketing experience, especially in healthcare data relative to life sciences.

· Background in specialized therapeutic areas such as Oncology or experience selling AI-driven healthcare analytics.

· Experience operating within early-stage, venture-backed, or high-growth healthcare technology companies.
