Partners with IT and program leaders to strengthen Salesforce and relevant training and learning management systems, including data capture, deliverable tracking, reporting, and decision- making.
Strengthens and diversifies funding by securing $20K in Children’s Campaign sponsorship revenue and $20K from fee-for-service housing initiatives, and provides strategic oversight of training sales and partnerships to generate $200K in unrestricted fee-for-service training revenue.
Provides senior-level oversight of MHFA and QPR strategy and performance, supporting the MHFA Training Director’s management of staff, contracted trainers and instructors, program partnerships, instructor development, and the Annual Instructor Summit.
Supports the MHFA Training Director in maintaining effective relationships with the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, funders, and statewide partners, while ensuring training delivery and expansion remains aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities.
