Sr ETL Developer (LRC)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior ETL Developer with strong experience in IBM DataStage, Snowflake, SQL, Data Warehousing, and Data Analysis. The candidate should have experience working in Agile environments, production support, data troubleshooting, and collaboration with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in sprint planning and Agile delivery activities.
  
• Develop and maintain ETL jobs using IBM DataStage and Snowflake.
  
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
  
• Schedule and monitor jobs using Autosys.
  
• Perform ETL and SQL query performance optimization.
  
• Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts.
  
• Analyze production data issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
  
• Work closely with business teams and stakeholders for requirement analysis and issue resolution.
  
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of data solutions.
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ETL development using IBM DataStage and Snowflake.
  
• Strong expertise in SQL scripting.
  
• Experience with Oracle and/or Snowflake databases.
  
• Good knowledge of Unix commands and shell scripting.
  
• Hands-on experience with Autosys job scheduling and monitoring.
  
• Strong understanding of ETL and SQL performance optimization.
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Experience working in Agile projects and production support environments.
