THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A – Business Planning will support the development of the company’s Annual Operating Plan, long-term financial plan, and enterprise financial outlook, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable financial plans and assumptions.

This role will develop financial models, scenarios, and analyses that connect growth expectations, business initiatives, investments, and financial outcomes, helping leadership understand key choices, trade-offs, and risks.

The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with the Corporate Business Planning Director and partner across Strategy, Transformation, Corporate FP&A, functional FP&A teams, and business partners to develop planning assumptions, evaluate strategic initiatives, and support enterprise target setting.

This role requires strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, intellectual curiosity, business partnership, and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights that support decision-making.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

  • Support development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan, including enterprise target setting, planning assumptions, financial guardrails, and development of the integrated company financial plan.
  • Develop and maintain financial models supporting the company’s multi-year strategic financial plan and long-term outlook, including key revenue, margin, SG&A, profitability, and capital assumptions.
  • Build long-term scenarios and sensitivity analyses to evaluate alternative growth rates, margin outcomes, investment levels, productivity assumptions, and strategic choices.
  • Partner with Strategy, Transformation, Corporate FP&A, functional FP&A teams, and business partners to translate strategic priorities and initiatives into financial assumptions, investment requirements, and long-term P&L implications.
  • Support development of enterprise financial targets and guardrails through analysis of historical performance, business trends, strategic priorities, and key planning assumptions.
  • Analyze the relationship between growth, investment, productivity, and profitability to help leadership understand the financial requirements and trade-offs associated with achieving enterprise objectives.
  • Evaluate functional and enterprise annual plan submissions to identify gaps, inconsistencies, risks, opportunities, and key decisions required to achieve targeted financial outcomes.
  • Develop financial analyses and executive-level presentations that clearly communicate planning assumptions, strategic alternatives, financial implications, and key decision points to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with functional FP&A teams throughout the planning process to ensure assumptions are understood, appropriately reflected in financial plans, and aligned with enterprise objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve planning models, tools, processes, and reporting, increasing the speed, consistency, transparency, and quality of enterprise financial planning.

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

  • 3–5 years of professional financial experience, preferably in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, retail, consumer products, or a multi-unit business environment.
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Prior FP&A experience preferred, with exposure to annual planning, long-term planning, financial modeling, forecasting, or strategic analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex financial models and analyses.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial information, identify key drivers, and develop meaningful insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate detailed financial analysis into clear business implications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships across Finance and cross-functional business teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality analysis in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex financial models, scenario analyses, and financial analyses.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP, OneStream, Business Intelligence, or other financial planning/reporting systems is a plus.
The pay range for this position is $79,900.00 - $100,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
